Liquid Mineral 5 Chromium

Chromium is trace mineral essential for the normal function of insulin and it is also important for lipid metabolism. Chromium is #5 in the Liquid Minerals Set.

Suggested Dosage:

As a mineral supplement, add 5 drops in water or juice daily, or more as directed by a licensed health care practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place. Can be taken on an empty stomach but we do recommend taking our minerals with food.
