AM/PM PeriMenopause Formula™ perimenopause relief provides two targeted formulas to address common menopausal symptoms that typically occur during the day and at night.* The AM Formula includes black cohosh for hormonal support and relief of occasional hot flashes and mood swings, rhodiola for extra energy and stress resistance.* The PM Formula contains black cohosh to help offset hormonal fluctuations that can result in occasional night sweats, valerian to help promote relaxation and deep sleep, and L-theanine to alleviate nighttime muscle tension and promote restful sleep.*

AM: Take 1 (yellow) AM tablet in the morning.
PM: Take 1 (purple) PM tablet approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime or as recommended by your healthcare professional. It may take four to five weeks to achieve full benefits. Continue use to maintain benefits.
