Black Seed Oil is a 100% cold-pressed oil extract from Nigella sativa and contains the powerful antioxidant thymoquinone, phytosterols, amino acids and omega 3-6-9 fatty acids. Black seed oil has been the subject of scientific research for its reputed benefits on cardiovascular health, immunity, cell metabolism and cytokine balance. 
Use only as directed. Take 1 teaspoon up to twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
