Candid-X

Candid-X provides a blend of nutrients, potent botanicals and essential oils to promote healthy microbial balance and immune support. Formulated with the goal of building a healthy gastrointestinal (GI) flora, Candid-X includes biotin, a nutrient that inhibits yeast from converting into the more aggressive fungal form. In addition, sodium caprylate is included to disrupt the metabolism of Candida and create a hostile environment for colonization. It also includes potent botanicals, such as berberine HCl, Pau d’Arco, oregano, rosemary, cinnamon and ginger, to sooth the GI tract, provide potent antioxidant support, and ensure microbial balance.

A Candida yeast overgrowth can cause a variety of problems including digestive complaints (bloating, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea and constipation), immunity impairment (increased number of infections, autoimmune diseases), fatigue, problems concentrating, problems with memory (brain fog, forgetfulness) and issues with mood.  

Herbal extracts such as Oregano leaf, Pau d’arco, rosemary leak and cinnamon bark are included to support normal gut flora while also having both anti-fungal and anti-bacterial activities to prevent the re-mergence of Candida and other abnormal fungi or bacteria. In order to support intestinal healing, specific ingredients have been included in Candid-X. In the presence of biotin, yeast is unable to change into the mycelium form which is needed for its proliferation. 

Chamomile and cinnamon calm and soothe an upset stomach, reduce diarrhea by slowing intestinal movement, and act as an anti-inflammatory agent. Ginger has been used for centuries to calm an upset stomach and to reduce nausea, stomach and abdominal pain. Rosemary can reduce digestive discomfort.
