Before prescribing this kit for your patient, please follow these instructions:
Register: Visit https://www.enbiosis.com/fullscript-register/ and set your practitioner code
Share Code: Share your practitioner code with your patients and instruct them to use it during registration.
Patient Registration: Patients should follow the registration instructions in the kit and enter the practitioner code to link their results to your account.

For Patients:
All instructions regarding kit registration, sampling, and shipping are included in the instruction paper within the kit. Please follow these instructions carefully to complete the process.

Note: People under the age of 15 are not recommended to use. Additionally, individuals who have taken antibiotics, undergone surgery, or had a colonoscopy in the last month are advised to wait for a month before collecting a sample.

 

Suggested Use:
Step 1: Kit Register
Download the Enbiosis mobile application from Google Play or the App Store
Click the 'Register Your Kit' button
Enter the kit code written on the tube
Enter the ‘Practitioner Code’ you received from your practitioner
Enter your contact details and set up a password to finalize registration
Step 2: Questionnaire
After registering your kit, answer all the questions on the screen
Press the submit button and share your answers with us
Step 3: Sampling
Use the swab provided to collect a lentil-sized sample
Transfer the sample to the tube and mix for 30 seconds
Discard the swab and securely close the tube
Step 4: Shipping
Put the tube into the envelope and seal it
Ship your sample back with the return label inside the kit
Step 5: Results
Open your mobile application; log in with your email address and password
