Gymnema 1:1

Gymnema 1:1 contains Gymnema leaf traditionally used to help reduce sweet cravings. Gymnema has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic herbal preparations to:

• Inhibit sweet taste sensation
• Help suppress normal cravings for sugar in the diet*

Dilute 5 mL (approx. 1 teaspoon) in water or juice once per day, or as directed.
