Suggested Use
Blend, shake, or briskly stir 1 level scoop (8.3 grams) of Herbulk into at least 8-12 ounces of water, juice, or other beverage, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Cautions and Warnings
Take this product as recommended, mixing 1 level scoop (8.3 grams) of Herbulk with at least 8-12 ounces of fluid per serving. Taking without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, or are sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. As many individuals have an insufficient dietary intake of fiber, some may benefit from beginning with ½ scoop daily for one week to improve tolerance.

Contents sold by weight, not volume. Some settling may occur during shipping and handling. Serving size is measured by weight with a scoop included for your convenience. The amount of product contained in one scoop may be above or below 8.3 grams due to variations in handling and product density.
