Suggested Use:
Adolescents ≥9 yrs and adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Other Ingredients: Succininc acid (100mg), l-glycine (100mg), vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and microcrystalline cellulose in a capsule composed of vegetable hypromellose and purified water.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavor or color, starch or sugar.
