Mahanarayan Oil

This Mahanarayan Oil is based on a beloved Ayurvedic recipe that is traditionally used to soothe and rejuvenate the muscles and joints. Rich, warming, and deeply penetrating, this oil is perfect for those with an active lifestyle or elevated vata dosha.

Suggested Use:
This oil can be used locally to target the joints and muscles, or used as a comforting daily massage oil for the whole body.

1.Warm oil if desired to support nourishment and absorption.
2.Massage into joints and muscles with firm, gentle pressure.
3.Use long strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints.
4.Let absorb for 10–20 minutes, then shower to rinse. Careful not to slip!
