Suggested Use
1 to 3 tablets with a meal, up to 5 tablets per day. Do not exceed 5 tablets per day. Best if taken daily for 10 weeks with a 1 week break before resuming.

sorbitol, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, and silica.
