MicroActive® CoQ10 (as ubiquinone): CoQ10 supports multiple health benefits including energy production, antioxidant activity, mitochondrial function, healthy aging, cardiovascular function, and cognitive health. Some people wrongfully assume that ubiquinol is a superior form of CoQ10. However, trials indicate that ubiquinol readily converts to ubiquinone in the stomach. Likewise, ubiquinone readily converts to ubiquinol in various tissues of the body. This negates the need for supplementing with the “reduced” ubiquinol form of CoQ10.† †

 

Suggested Use:
For best results, place 1/2 to 1 lozenge in mouth upon waking, allow to slowly dissolve, then swallow. May also be taken prior to, or during, exercise. Always use away from food by at least 1 hour. Use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not use within 5 hours of bedtime.
