Multivitamin One MF by Seeking Health provides a wide variety of nutrients in well-absorbed or active forms in a convenient capsule format. Unlike our other encapsulated multivitamins, this pared-down formula packs essential nutrients and herbal support into a single capsule taken just once daily. This unique multivitamin is also free of methylated B vitamins (i.e. methylcobalamin and methylfolate) to support those sensitive to methyl groups. Daily supplementation of essential macro- and micronutrients, such as those included in Optimal Multivitamin Minus One, may help contribute to proper nutrition and optimal health as part of a well-balanced nutritional program.

This comprehensive multi-nutrient blend contains vitamins, minerals, and trace minerals important for a healthy nervous system, immune function, antioxidant defenses and normal growth and development. This product contains folate as folinic acid (calcium folinate), the preferred form to synthetic folic acid. Vitamin B12 is provided as hydroxocobalamin and the non-methyl coenzyme form adenosylcobalamin for energy and metabolism support. PQQ and SOD provide additional support for the body’s natural cellular defenses. Lutein may help support vision health.

Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast or lunch, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Capsules may be opened and nutrients takes separately or sprinkled into food or drink. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
