Suggested Usage: Stir 1–2 packets (2.5–5g) into 12 fl. oz. of cold water or juice 1–2 times per day. Drink additional water (12 fl. oz.) after taking PGX®. Begin with 1 packet and gradually increase over several days as tolerated. Up to 2 packets 3 times daily may be required in some cases for optimal results or take as directed by a health care professional. Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks to obtain the desired results.
Serving Option: PGX® Daily Granules are unflavored and can also be sprinkled onto any moist food, yogurt, fruit salad, oatmeal, soup, low-calorie beverage or meal replacement.
