Suggested Use:
The following are general dosing recommendations. Follow the guidance of your healthcare provider for the best option.

General Use: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, 30 minutes before meals.
Individuals weighing more than 190 lbs: Take 2 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening.
Individuals with slow bowel elimination may take 3 capsules at night.
Individuals with acid reflux may take 1 capsule after every meal.
