Like all Pro-Gest Creams, it contains 450 mg of USP Progesterone per ounce (20 mg per 1/4 teaspoon). Emeritas progesterone comes from the Mexican Wild Yam and is converted to pure USP Progesterone (meeting the standards of the United States Pharmacopeia for strength, purity and quality).
No Parabens, mineral oil, petroleum or animal anything. Never tested on animals.
Just massage a dime-size dollop of cream into your skin twice daily. Try your wrists, arms, thighs, tummy-Whatever you like.
