Use once a day, preferably in the morning. Dispense 2-4 pumps and massage onto the face, neck and decollete. Apply in the morning and throughout the day as necessary to maintain all day hydration. May be mixed in a 1:1 ratio with makeup or applied over makeup, using a pressing motion. As a probiotic booster: Blend with your current moisturizer in a 1:1 ratio and apply as usual.
