Functions:
This formula promotes the functions of the Liver by supplementing Blood, activating Blood and Qi, dispelling Wind and Heat, and relaxing muscles and nerves

Indications (Symptoms):
-Helps reduce occasional headache, painful neck and upper back, occasional irritability and frustration
-Supports healthy liver function, easing occasional cramps in the side, abdomen, legs and feet
-Eases occasional insomnia, difficulty relaxing or unwinding
-Aids in relieving occasional epigastric fullnes and abdominal cramping, flatulence, supports healthy bowel function
-Promotes a healthy menstrual cycle, helping to relieve PMS tension, menstrual discomfort, helps maintain a regular menstrual cycle
-Reduces occasional coldness of hands and feet
-Soothes occasional depression characterized by irritability, frustration, obstinacy, hurt feelings, and anger
-Helps relieve sensitivity to strong odors, bright lights, loud noises, drafts, and sudden changes in weather

2-3 Squirts, 2-4 times per day
1 squirt= 1-2 dropperful= 30 drops= approx 1ml.

Water: 55% to 65% by volume
Alcohol: 18% to 22% by volume
*To evaporate alcohol, place drops in hot water
