Ingredients

Alfalfa Leaf (Medicago sativa),
Night Blooming Cereus (Cactus grandiflorus),
St. Johnswort Flower Buds (Hypericum perforatum),
Sage Leaf (Salvia officinalis),
Fresh Wild Oat Seed (Avena sativa),
Fresh Motherwort Flowering Tops (Leonurus cardiaca),
Essential Oil of Lavender,
USP grain alcohol (40-50%),
spring water.
Average herb strength 1:2.

Dosage
Add 30-40 drops of extract to a small amount of warm water and take 3 to 4 times daily between meals. Best results are achieved if taken for 3 to 4 months consecutively.
