Laxative Formula:
Day 1 through 7: Take 3 tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water
Day 8 through 14: Take 2 tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
Fiber Formula: For 14 days, take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules at night with at least eight ounces of water. Or, may be taken as 8 capsules at night with at least eight ounces of water, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Super Milk Thistle® X liver support formula*:
Day 1 through day 7: Take 1 capsule at night.
Day 8 through day 14: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules at night, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
