Ms. Ashley Adamo

Ashley Adamo is a board-certified Physician Associate dedicated to helping patients feel their best through a comprehensive, individualized approach to care. She earned her undergraduate degree from Campbell University in 2008 and completed her Physician Associate training at Methodist University in 2010. She remains certified through the NCCPA. Ashley’s clinical focus has evolved toward health optimization and longevity-based care, with an emphasis on medical weight loss, hormone therapy (BHRT and TRT), and a functional medicine approach that targets the root cause of symptoms rather than just treating them. She has completed advanced training through the BHRT Training Academy and is currently pursuing certification through Functional Medicine University. In addition to these services, Ashley has been trained in aesthetic medicine since 2019, including Botox, dermal fillers, etc. She is currently expanding her availability for aesthetic services at the Ramsey Street and Hope Mills locations. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Bryan, and their four dogs. She loves being outdoors—whether at the mountains or the coast—and believes strongly in balancing physical, mental, and spiritual health. She incorporates this philosophy into both her personal life and the care she provides, with the belief that exercise and lifestyle play a critical role in overall wellness.
