This panel helps identify infections caused by Borrelia, Bartonella, Babesia, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma, and Rickettsia species. Includes PCR for both Serum and Whole Blood. PCR actively hunts for the actual DNA of the Borrelia bacteria in the blood, bypassing the need for an active immune system response. Recommended by Lyme specialists. - Interpretation is not included in this service.
