Comprehensive Metabolic Panel

The Comprehensive Metabolic Panel is a set of tests that gives a broad overview of your body's chemical balance and metabolism. It checks your blood's levels of important substances like electrolytes, calcium, phosphorus, and glucose. It also looks at how well your kidneys and liver are working and your body's acid-base balance. This panel is often part of a routine health check to spot any disorders, especially those affecting the liver or kidneys.

I’m Christina P. Kantzavelos, MSW, LCSW, MLIS, a licensed clinical social worker and chronic illness specialist. I work with people navigating complex conditions such as Lyme disease and tick-borne disease (TBD)/ illness, POTS and dysautonomia, MCAS, EDS, Long COVID, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, migraine, and persistent symptoms. My background in clinical social work, case management, and healthcare and insurance navigation has taught me to look at the whole picture rather than one symptom or diagnosis in isolation. I understand how complicated it can be to navigate multiple providers, medications, supplements, tests, and conflicting information. Through Fullscript, I help clients develop individualized supplement and wellness strategies based on their health history, current concerns, goals, and existing regimen. I take a thoughtful approach to supplement selection, with attention to potential interactions, tolerability, and the reality that people with complex illnesses often need a much more individualized approach. My work also incorporates trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-informed perspectives to support the connection between the brain, nervous system, immune system, and body.
