Catherine Whitaker MS, HWC
Catherine is a functional care provider trained in nutrition, cellular health, gut health, detoxification, preconception, and fertility. She holds a master's in clinical and research physiology and previously worked in hospital-based cardiac rehab before transitioning to root cause care. She earned her training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Her transition from conventional to functional care was inspired by her own experience as a young-adult cancer survivor and her desire to study and heal the root causes of chronic symptoms and conditions. In practice, she maintains a 90% success rate reversing biotoxin illness, autoimmune conditions, and chronic unexplained symptoms, alongside a 98% client retention rate. Through integrative medical collaboration, her clients have seen a 54% reduction in prescription medication use across complex cases.
