Claude Fortin MD, FAARFM, ABAARM, DipABLM, FSSRP is the Medical Director of Colorado Ageless Institute PLLC. He relocated to Castle Rock, Colorado, in 2016 in association with Neurology of the Rockies LLC. For 30 years prior, he had been in private practice in Springfield, Illinois, and Associate Professor of Neurology at SIU Medical School. ​ At Colorado Ageless Institute, Dr. Fortin has developed a world-class, evidence-based regenerative cellular medicine practice.
