Dr. Leandro Pucci DCN, CNS®, CKNS®, LDN

My path to becoming a functional nutrition practitioner began when life took an unexpected turn when my spouse underwent quadruple bypass surgery. Witnessing the limitations of conventional “heart-healthy” diets sparked a deep curiosity about the true connection between food and health. My curiosity intensified after my own cancer diagnosis, a disease not found in my family history. All this helped me realize the significant role that nutrition, movement, environment, and lifestyle play in chronic disease. 

I am a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition who specializes in helping people with chronic metabolic and cardiovascular concerns, rooted in a foundation of healthy gut health. I also aim my work at men seeking to reclaim their energy, focus, and strength vis-à-vis weight loss, longevity, hormone optimization, or peak performance. My practice focuses on empowering individuals to prevent chronic cardiometabolic diseases through personalized nutrition and lifestyle interventions. My approach is grounded in the philosophy of functional medicine and clinical nutrition, seeking to unearth the root causes of your symptoms by combining an analysis of your health history with advanced laboratory testing to design personalized care plans. I use evidence-based strategies, including therapeutic nutrition, targeted supplementation, movement, and cognitive health system support. Working with me is a personal journey of purpose, commitment, and collaboration to explore not only what’s going wrong but also why, and to address the whole person to optimize your health. Beyond my clinical work, I am an avid traveler passionate about history, art, and culture. I enjoy stimulating conversations, spending time with friends, and relaxing on warm, sandy beaches.
