Meet Ginger Stedwell-Smith, FNP-C, FMACP Founder of Ginger Functional Medicine & Bloom by GFM Ginger is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Functional Medicine Academy Certified Practitioner, and NET Certified Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in conventional medicine, including critical care, internal medicine, and cardiology. Throughout her career, she recognized that while conventional medicine excels in crisis care, true wellness and healing require looking beyond symptoms to understand the body as a whole. This realization inspired her passion for a more comprehensive approach that recognizes the deep connection between the mind and body. Through Ginger Functional Medicine, she blends conventional, functional, foundational, and frequency-based modalities to offer personalized wellness programs, frequency medicine assessments, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), functional laboratory testing, and lifestyle support. Education is at the heart of her mission. Ginger believes that understanding how the body works empowers individuals to take an active role in their health.
