Option A — Basic Wellness Panel

A simple foundational bloodwork panel that includes a CBC and CMP. This panel gives a broad look at blood cells, blood sugar, electrolytes, kidney function, liver function, and protein levels. It’s a good starting point for general wellness monitoring or when only basic bloodwork is needed. Blood draw: Your collection kit will be shipped to you after ordering. You can have your blood drawn at Drive Wellness in Eaton Rapids or during one of our scheduled weekday lab draw events at Health Simplified in Olivet. Lab draws are offered on select days only, so please check with us for upcoming availability.
