My approach is functional integrative psychiatry, and is focused on root causes in mental illness. I look at diet, lifestyle, nutrition, inflammation, and other biological functions that can contribute to worsening mood. I also offer psychopharmacology genetic testing to address biochemical individuality. In addition to prescribing medication, I can make medically necessary supplement recommendations. I also refer to TMS and Spravato when indicated.
