Comprehensive Root Cause Master Panel
A comprehensive, top-tier panel designed to evaluate deeper root contributors to fatigue, weight loss resistance, hormone imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, inflammation, cardiometabolic risk, nutrient depletion, immune burden, and overall cellular resilienc
A hormone panel covering sex hormones, thyroid, adrenal function, and metabolic interactions to identify imbalances affecting energy, mood, and body composition.
A foundational panel designed to assess cardiometabolic risk, inflammation, blood sugar balance, lipid patterns, and key nutrient factors that may affect overall metabolic and cardiovascular health
A comprehensive health assessment measuring advanced biomarkers across cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, and nutritional systems to optimize your healthspan and longevity.
A wide assessment of hormone, energy, and nutrition status, including androgen and stress related hormone levels to a provide a broad overview of health status for female patients.
Build on your core cardiometabolic panel with more metabolic and heart health markers, revealing how blood sugar, insulin, and lipids interact to influence your cardiovascular risk.
A thorough cardiovascular assessment measuring lipid particles, inflammation, and markers related to blood clot risk to identify heart disease risk and guide targeted interventions.
The Comprehensive Metabolic Panel is a set of tests that gives a broad overview of your body's chemical balance and metabolism. It checks your blood's levels of important substances like electrolytes, calcium, phosphorus, and glucose. It also looks at how well your kidneys and liver are working and your body's acid-base balance. This panel is often part of a routine health check to spot any disorders, especially those affecting the liver or kidneys.
Apolipoprotein B (APO B) Test - This test measures the level of Apolipoprotein B (APO B) in your blood, which is a strong indicator of coronary artery disease (CAD). It's particularly useful because APO B levels can be elevated even when LDL cholesterol levels are normal, helping to identify risk in patients who might otherwise be considered low-risk based on cholesterol alone.
Lipid Panel, Cardio IQ® - This is the most widely used Lipid Panel, essential for detecting, classifying, and monitoring hyperlipidemia, a condition characterized by high levels of fats in the blood. Understanding your lipid levels is crucial for heart health.
Iron, TIBC and Ferritin Panel - This serum iron study panel may help diagnose iron deficiency or overload. Because ferritin level can be affected by clinical conditions other than iron disorders, the measurement of transferrin saturation-calculated from serum iron level and total iron binding capacity (TIBC)-in the same serum specimen may facilitate the diagnosis of iron deficiency or overload. Serum ferritin level generally reflects body iron storage and can be used in the diagnosis of iron deficiency and overload. Transferrin saturation is the percentage of iron bound to transferrin. In patients with anemia, ferritin levels are most frequently used to determine whether iron deficiency is the cause. However, as an acute phase protein, ferritin levels can be increased independently of iron status in inflammatory conditions, kidney disease, liver disease, and malignancy. In these clinical scenarios, the combination of ferritin level with other tests, such as transferrin saturation, may
CBC (Complete Blood Count) - is a fundamental blood test that evaluates various components of the blood, including red blood cells (RBCs), white blood cells (WBCs), hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelets. This test provides crucial information about the general health of a person and is used to diagnose and monitor a wide range of conditions, including anemia, infections, inflammation, bleeding disorders, and bone marrow problems.
Cardio IQ® Homocysteine - This test measures the level of Homocysteine in your blood. High levels of Homocysteine are linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attacks and strokes. Keeping Homocysteine levels in check is crucial for heart health.
Cardio IQ® Hemoglobin A1c - This test is crucial for monitoring blood sugar levels. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) suggests getting this test twice a year if your blood sugar is stable, and every three months if it's not well controlled. The results help understand how well diabetes is being managed over time, using guidelines from the ADA.
Cardio IQ® Insulin Test - This test is crucial for diagnosing conditions related to high levels of insulin, such as hyperinsulinemia, in individuals experiencing low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
Cellular Health Expert & Champion of God’s Design for Healing
Dr. Kelly Brink is a clinician, educator, entrepreneur, and Registered Nurse with more than three decades of experience in healthcare. She began her career in nursing and spent over 20 years in Intensive Care Units caring for patients across the lifespan. Over time, her own health crisis became a turning point, leading her to a deeper understanding that resilient health begins at the cellular level. That realization moved her from hospital-based care into integrative, whole-person wellness.
During that season, Dr. Brink recognized that many of the simple, time-tested elements found in biblical wisdom—pure water, mineral-rich salt, honest foods, healing herbs, and sacred oils—reflect what the body needs to support cellular energy, repair, and resilience. What Scripture presents as wisdom, physiology often reflects through mitochondrial support, mineral balance, cellular communication, and restoration. As she aligned faith-rooted practices with science-grounded strategies in her own life, she experienced meaningful healing. That experience became the foundation of her calling and the work she now shares with others.
Faith and Science in Harmony
Dr. Brink’s approach honors scriptural wisdom while remaining grounded in physiology, biochemistry, and practical wellness support. Her work reflects principles such as hydration, mineral balance, whole-food nourishment, herbs, oils, restorative sleep, fasting, light exposure, movement, gratitude, and community—elements that align with mitochondrial biology, redox balance, circadian rhythm, membrane health, terrain health, and cellular resilience. This faith-informed, science-grounded integration is the heartbeat of her practice.
Committed to continued growth and education, Dr. Brink became a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, earned a PhD, and completed advanced doctoral training in Functional, Natural, and Holistic Medicine. In 2019, she founded Kelly Brink LLC to equip clients with practical, science-based strategies that support the body’s God-given design to restore, repair, and function more efficiently.
Dr. Brink is also a published author. Her books include Cellular Vitality: Natural Strategies to Boost Self-Healing and Optimize Mitochondrial Function, The Belly Fat Fix: A 4-Week Wellness Plan to Support Metabolism, Energy, and Healthy Weight Balance Naturally, and Awaken My Soul: A Christian Journal for Healing, Prayer, and Spiritual Renewal. Her work is centered on a cell-first philosophy—supporting ATP energy production, resilient cell membranes, and a balanced cellular terrain.
Clinically, she incorporates advanced, non-invasive wellness tools including Ozone Sauna, PEMF, Storz Radial Shockwave, Red and Near-Infrared Light, Terahertz Wand support, the E4L miHealth bioelectric device, and bioenergetic technologies as part of a broader wellness-focused approach designed to support energy, resilience, and balance.
As a passionate educator, Dr. Brink has spent the last decade teaching IV nutritional therapy to physicians around the world. She is known for translating complex physiology and complicated regulations into practical, understandable steps, combining clinical depth with warmth, encouragement, and real-world application.
After spending much of her life in Southern California, Dr. Brink now lives in Texas to be closer to family. She treasures time with her three grandsons and keeps faith, family, friends, furry companions, and her clients close to her heart. Guided by the belief that the body is beautifully designed to heal, repair, and thrive, she helps clients uncover the small but important shifts that can help restore balance in mind, body, and soul.
Her mission is captured in a phrase that has guided her for years:
Fix the cell to get—and stay—well.
