Iron, TIBC and Ferritin Panel
**Iron & Ferritin Testing | A Closer Look at Your Iron Status** Experiencing persistent fatigue, brain fog, hair shedding, dizziness, or reduced exercise tolerance? Iron deficiency can develop before anemia appears on a standard blood count. This focused iron panel helps evaluate iron stores and iron availability through ferritin, serum iron, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), and calculated iron saturation. Ferritin reflects stored iron, while the other markers provide additional context about circulating iron and its availability. **Blood draw required:** You must be able to visit a participating laboratory collection center. Check local availability, eligibility, and any preparation instructions before purchasing. This panel does not include a complete blood count (CBC). Results should be interpreted alongside your health history and other relevant testing. Individualized medical consultation is not included with purchase.
