Iron Panel | A Fuller Picture of Your Iron Health

This bundle is the starting point for The Wellness Lounge’s Iron Infusion Protocol. Your provider reviews these results alongside your symptoms, blood loss history, nutrition, and medical history to assess whether iron infusions are appropriate and whether additional evaluation is needed to understand why your iron is low. Our approach focuses on replenishing iron stores, supporting healthy hemoglobin levels, and addressing factors that may contribute to recurring deficiency. For women in our program, we generally work toward ferritin above 80 ng/mL and hemoglobin around 12.5–13 g/dL, with goals individualized by your provider based on your results and clinical needs. These labs help guide treatment and follow-up; additional testing may be needed to identify the underlying cause of iron loss.
