Our introductory new patient panel WITH hormones (inc. FSH/LH, estrone/estradiol, prolactin, and testosterone (free and total w/ SHBG). Cycling females should be drawn on CD3. Hormones can be adjusted in needing to check progesterone (additional ~$10).
