Nutrition Clinic Phara Taylor
I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with clinical experience in nutrition counseling in the areas of adult and childhood obesity, cardiovascular disease, sports nutrition, and women’s health. I am a member of the American Academy of Nutrition and the Florida Dietetic Association. I hold a Masters in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons College and a Certificate in Sports Nutrition. My thesis on Trans Fat Knowledge was published in Topics in Clinical Nutrition. I completed my didactic training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and currently work with a variety of clients in various settings. I offer personal nutrition coaching at health clubs and spas, and see patients on a regular basis at the Nutrition Clinic. Specializing in weight management and therapeutic nutrition education, I offer a non-diet approach to help clients make lifestyle modifications to effect real positive and lasting change. My belief is healthy eating does not have to be complicated. With that, I hope to empower you to reach for lifelong energy, nutrition and health.
