By applying the evidence-based science of functional medicine and honoring the brilliant, systems-biology design of the human body, I was able to fully restore and rebuild my health. Having walked that road, I know exactly what it feels like to search for answers that feel just out of reach. Today, I am a licensed integrative and functional health practitioner certified in Clinical Nutrition, Functional Genomics (DNA) work, Functional Medicine Health Coaching, and specialized Gluten, Wheat-Related, and Predictive Autoimmunity/Neurology disorders (Celiac Disease, Ataxia, Autism spectrum, ADHD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Thyroid diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, etc.) I look at health through a holistic, whole-person lens.
