Meet Shadia Hamadeh, MS, RDN, LDN, IBCLC Hello! I'm Shadia Hamadeh, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) in several states (FL, IL, MD, MI, NC, OH, OR), and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I am the founder of INutrition4U LLC, a nutrition and wellness practice dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve healthier, happier lives through personalized nutrition care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and my Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Florida International University. I have also completed advanced training in Adult Weight Management through the Commission on Dietetic Registration and earned a Pediatric Nutrition Certificate from Florida International University. Most recently, I achieved the prestigious International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential, allowing me to provide evidence-based breastfeeding and infant feeding support to families. I truly believe that good nutrition is one of the most powerful tools for improving health and preventing disease. Whether you're managing a chronic medical condition, working toward weight loss, improving your kidney or heart health, controlling diabetes, navigating pregnancy, or seeking breastfeeding support, I understand that every person's journey is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. During our appointments, I take the time to get to know you. Together, we'll review your medical and family history, medications, laboratory results, eating habits, lifestyle, and health goals to develop a complete understanding of your nutritional needs. From there, I'll create a personalized nutrition care plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, culture, and medical needs. My goal is to make healthy eating realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable, not restrictive or overwhelming. You'll receive practical guidance, individualized recommendations, meal planning strategies, recipes, and ongoing support to help you build lasting habits and achieve your health goals with confidence. Whether you're looking to improve your overall health, manage a medical condition, or provide the best nutrition for yourself and your family, I'm here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward better health.
