This test measures IgG and IgA immune reactivity to wheat, wheat germ agglutinin, gluten proteins, non-gluten proteins, gluteomorphins+prodynorphins, transglutaminase-2, transglutaminase-3, transglutaminase-6, and microbial transglutaminase or meat glue. It detects possible celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, gluten ataxia, dermatitis herpetiformis, and many autoimmunities that are associated with these proteins and enzymes, including meat glue.
