Hi! I’m Natalie, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Unmask Psychiatry. I specialize in working with high-masking adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, autism, chronic illness, and overlapping mental health patterns. I have a special interest in the complex intersection of neurodivergence, immune and inflammatory conditions, connective tissue disorders, and dysautonomia, including autism, ADHD, MCAS, EDS/hypermobility, POTS, and autoimmunity. At Unmask Psychiatry, my approach is slow, validating, and thorough. I provide neurodivergent evaluations, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and holistic care that recognizes the connection between mental health, physical health, and identity.
