Hormone Assessment - Women

TEXAS RESIDENTS ONLY. Cycle changes, hot flashes, night sweats, low libido, mood shifts, perimenopause — or you want the full picture before starting or adjusting hormone support. 13 tests: ultrasensitive estradiol (LC/MS), progesterone, testosterone (total, free, bioavailable) with SHBG, DHEA-S, morning cortisol, LH and FSH, prolactin, complete thyroid (TSH, Free T4, Free T3), CBC with differential, metabolic panel, iron studies. The LH/FSH pattern shows whether the signal comes from the ovaries or the brain. The non-refundable admin fee covers panel design and order coordination; a written functional interpretation is provided to Texas residents only. Orders from outside Texas receive results without ATX review. Prep: fasting, draw 7–9 am; if cycling, draw day 19–21.
