"If about 50 to 100 lbs, 1/2 scoop once a day; can increase to 1/2 a scoop twice a day. This is comparable to the strength of a drug called welchol and about 1/4 strength of cholestyramine. Take until MSH if above a 35. If child can take online VCS test, also take until VCS test is negative. Can mix into applesauce or a drink if needing to hide the flavor, but otherwise needs to be taken between meals as to not bind to the nutrients in their meals. Do not take if the child has kidney stones."
