    This is my go-to supplement plan for anyone on a GLP-1 medication who wants to lose fat while protecting their muscle. It pairs with my guide, The First 90 Days on a GLP-1 . What's included: Creatine monohydrate: supports muscle strength, especially combined with strength training. A common amount is 3 to 5 g a day. Protein powder (choose one): Thorne Whey Protein Isolate, or the dairy-free paleo protein if you avoid dairy. An easy way to reach 80 to 120 g of protein a day when your appetite is low. Electrolytes: supports hydration, especially on active or hot days, since GLP-1s can quiet thirst. Digestive support: for general digestive comfort. Tips: Start one product at a time so you can see how your body responds. Mix protein or creatine into a smoothie, yogurt or oatmeal if shakes are hard to finish.
