Suggested Use / Directions:

One-third (1/3) level scoop (500 milligrams) for every 50 lb of body weight, given in the evening or as directed by your pet's doctor. If your pet is under 50 lb, powder may be given as directed by your pet's doctor. Allow sixty days for full benefit. 

Best given between meals with a snack low in protein. High-protein meals contain other amino acids that compete with L-Tryptophan.
