Patient One Sleep Care is formulated with a blend of synergistic nutrients to promote relaxation and restful sleep. Specifically, lemon balm, valerian and hops act as ""cannabimimetics,"" natural substances that can interact with the ECS in a similar manner to endocannabinoids or phytocannabinoids. These ECS botanicals help calm and relax the central nervous system and restore balance in the body.

Suggested Use / Directions:
Take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a health practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
