She specializes in nutrition and lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization for both men and women, metabolic health, targeted supplementation, and peptide therapy—always tailoring care to the unique needs of each individual. Aimee is passionate about empowering her patients to take an active role in their health. She believes that with the right tools, guidance, and support, people can not only feel better—but truly thrive and age with strength, energy, and purpose.
