Selenometh-Iodine is a powerful combination of two critical minerals, iodine and selenium. The iodine in this product is sourced from sea kelp, which is a natural source of vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D, and E, as well as minerals including zinc, magnesium, iron, potassium, copper, and calcium. Selenium and iodine are vitally important for the function of the thyroid gland and are especially important during pregnancy.
