"--I recommend taking this for 3 months and then decide about proceeding from there. I personally dropped down to 1 capsule daily after 3 months and would definitely go back to 2 caps per day if I were prescribed antibiotics, suffered excess stress, or if I had symptoms return. Nothing wrong with continuing at 2 caps daily either!"
