"What it is: Sombra® Cool Therapy Gel is a topical analgesic containing menthol (3%) as its active ingredient to provide temporary relief of localized musculoskeletal discomfort. The formula includes botanical components such as aloe vera, green tea extract, lemon peel extract, witch hazel, grapefruit seed extract, yucca extract, and rose water, designed to support soothing application and skin compatibility. Adults and children two years of age and older may apply it up to three or four times daily, thoroughly rubbing the gel into the skin until it is absorbed. Children under two should only use this product under supervision of a pediatrician. Benefits: This gel is formulated to temporarily relieve minor muscle and joint aches commonly associated with simple backaches, arthritis, sprains, strains, and bruising. Its menthol-based action provides a cooling sensation that can be helpful for everyday soreness, overuse injuries, mild inflammatory discomfort, or post-activity recovery. Its plant-based additives offer a refreshing application experience, making it a useful adjunct for personal care routines or therapeutic settings. Possible side effects: Although generally well tolerated, Sombra® Cool Therapy Gel may cause skin irritation in some individuals, including redness, burning, tingling, or itching where applied. It should only be used externally and not on broken or damaged skin, as doing so may increase irritation or sensitivity. Accidental contact with the eyes can cause discomfort, and tight bandaging over treated areas should be avoided to prevent excessive absorption or irritation. Users should discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms worsen, persist beyond seven days, or resolve and recur. Keep this product out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse."
