Each vegetarian capsule contains 1,000 IU (25 mcg) of vitamin D3 sourced from lanolin, along with 45 mcg of vitamin K2 in its active menaquinone-4 (MK-4) form, plus a small amount of vitamin C as ascorbyl palmitate. The product is encapsulated in cellulose and contains no wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, or shellfish, although it is manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other allergens.
