"Dandelion leaf (not the root, which works more on the liver) is a mild diuretic. Add this if water retention/puffiness/restricted urine flow is present. However, do not use if on a medical diuretic, if dehydrated, if you have advanced kidney disease (eGFR under 40), have low blood pressure, or are elderly/frail. Start with 30 drops once per day. Go up to twice per day if needed. "

"Milk Thistle is known for helping the kidneys, but indirectly. It mostly helps detox the liver, but does this for the kidneys to some extent as well. Start out with 1 per day. Go up to 2 in a separate dose if needed. The only known restrictions are rare medication reactions. Have us check for reactions before taking."
