For example: - 120 lbs = 600 mg (closest dose = 5 tablets / day) - 160 lbs = 800 mg (closest dose = 6 tablets / day) - 200 lbs = 1000 mg (closest dose = 8 tablets / day) If get loose stool or diarrhea, take with meals. If still get loose stool / diarrhea, reduce daily dosage by 1 tablet every day until you get to a dose without loose stool / diarrhea. Take until you have completed Step 4: Iodine Therapy. "Until symptoms resolve / Add 1drop to 1mL of water, Start with 1 drop and very slowly increase to 20 drops. Once at 20 drops, you can take 1 drop of the undiluted iodine. If indicated by testing or symptomology (increasingly improving symtpoms when dose is increased from 1 drop), increase up to 8 drops per day. Base dosage and speed of titration off of HTMA re-tests, calcium levels, TPO antibodies, Total T4/rT3 ratio and client experience."
