"This will encourage bowel movements daily. It doesn’t *fix* anything but makes sure that you’re eliminating which is very important for detox and more. It may cause watery stools, if this occurs cut back to 2 capsules. Take 4 capsules with a full glass of purified water before bed (at least 2 hours after your last meal). If you do not achieve 3-5 bowel movements the next day, increase by 2 capsules each night until you do. Drink plenty of water while using Oxy-Powder. Take your serving 2-3 times weekly or as needed. "

"Start with 1/2 capsule or 1 full capsule with food and slowly increase to 2 capsules per day using the following protocol. If 1 capsule every other day causes side effects, try starting with 1/2 capsules or even 1/4 capsule in some cases.
